Third Parties & Business Partners
EMA Ship expects all business partners, agents, suppliers and service providers to adhere to the same anti-bribery and anti-corruption standards. Due diligence is conducted where appropriate, and any engagement that poses an unacceptable compliance risk will not be pursued.
Reporting & Whistleblowing
Any employee or third party who becomes aware of, or suspects, any act of bribery, corruption or unethical conduct is required to report it immediately.
